2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located 75 feet from
the shoreline providing wonderful ocean vistas and sounds. Sleep comes very easy
listening to the surf. The ocean surrounds the condo, with views almost every
room. It is well furnished with every modern convenience and is spacious (1150
sq. ft) enough to comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The
Living area is open and cheerful with floor to ceiling mirrors
reflecting an ever changing view of the Pacific. Sliding glass doors lead to the
lanai, where you can sip a cool drink and gaze at the sea. Newly furnished, the
living area is very comfortable and well appointed. A 27 inch flat screen
TV with surround sound stereo, DVD and VCR
provides great evening entertainment for those stay in nights -- remember to bring
your favorite CD's and DVD's! A new, superior sofa bed accomodates
2 adults. The Dining area accomodates 6 adults in South
Seas rattan and original art works. The kitchen
is fully appointed with fridge, stove, microwave,
dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker,
blender and toaster. A full compliment of cookware, dishes, glasses,
flatware and utensils makes for enjoyable dining. The Master
bedroom is bright and airy, with wonderful views and great ventilation. A premium
Cal king bed with tropical accents assures a restful night's sleep. Naturally,
a full ensuite is nearby. Another premium Cal Kingbed
resides in the second bedroom. It is also spacious with great views, sounds and
airiness. A second TV and VCR are located here. Our condo
is professionally managed onsite, an important consideration to ensure a troublefree
vacation. Maid service is available if desired. We
